Per the Illinois Community College Board, beginning on July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 the fee will increase to $8.00 per official Illinois High School Equivalency transcript. Illinois High School Equivalency Certificates remain at a fee of $10.00 per certificate. The ICCB sets the fee structure for High School Equivalency for the State of Illinois.
